NWACC’s new Integrated Design Lab offers courses in construction, visual arts and design. The facility houses space for sculptures, ceramics, a Fab Lab with 3D printers, a CNC router, laser cutting equipment and other tools. Students are encouraged to test creative entrepreneurial ideas by utilizing the skills learned in various classes.

Automation is transforming businesses and the workforce. Machines will be able to carry out more of the tasks done by humans, but will need humans to assist in programing and operating them. Robotics training will continue to increase in demand. The average starting salary for an individual with robotics training and a GED or high school diploma is $40,000.
The cost of this course is $1,995 for 35 hours (one week) of instruction and 3.5 continuing education units.
Student will be required to have a GED or high school diploma completed in order to participate in this course.
