Code2040 is a nonprofit activating, connecting, and mobilizing the largest racial equity community in tech to dismantle the structural barriers that prevent the full participation and leadership of Black and Latinx technologists in the innovation economy.
Our programming is focused on supporting early-career tech talent, from college and graduate-level computer science students to Black & Latinx technologists navigating their first jobs. Our core programs have developed from our learnings and data to address the issues driving systemic exclusion of Black and Latinx technologists in the tech sector.
Through these programs and custom engagements, we work with industry leaders to craft unique, impactful partnerships and initiatives that will help them hire and retain diverse talent. We have robust set of offerings for partnerships and also have great opportunities for individuals to volunteer.
Code 2040 offers two unique programs, Early Career Accelerator Program (ECAP) for individuals early on in their career, and our Fellows Program, a 9-week career accelerator.
